Below Grade

PermaDri coatings provide a quick and easy solution for below grade waterproofing applications. With PermaDri coatings, below grade waterproofing can be achieved at 80 mils. In addition, PermaDri coatings can adhere to “green” concrete without a primer (with a minimum cure time of 48 hours). Our coatings typically cure within 24-48 hours (depending on application thickness, temperature, and relative humidity). To further expedite jobs, the use of our dual-component sprayer allows for the coating to set instantly. PermaDri cured coatings are highly flexible and resilient. They have impressive elastomeric qualities, allowing the cured membrane to elongate up to 850% with 95% recovery. Therefore, our coatings can adjust to surface shifting and thermal changes without cracking. In addition, our cured coating does not get brittle in cold temperatures or upon aging. PermaDri coatings make below-grade waterproofing jobs quick, easy, and long-lasting.
